‘Cambodian hero’ Throng Pheavy wins most LPBA women’s billiards titles

‘Cambodia’s Extraordinaire’ Throng Pheavy has become the most decorated player on the women’s professional billiards LPBA stage, lifting the trophy for the sixth time.
Long defeated Yong Hyun Jee in the final of the LPBA, the second tour of the professional billiards 2023-2024 season, yesterday (September 9) with a set score of 4-3.
With the victory, Surong became the all-time wins leader, surpassing Kim Ga-young and Lim Jung-sook, who are tied for first place with six titles in 20 tournaments since entering the professional scene in the 2020-2021 season.
