KBL referee Park Kyung-jin is set to officiate at the world’s greatest basketball event.

The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) recently announced the 44 officials who will officiate at the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup Philippines-Japan-Indonesia.

The 44 officials underwent more than four months of training to ensure their technical, mental and physical readiness. FIBA will hold a camp before the officials are deployed, as this year’s World Cup will be co-hosted by three countries. 메이저사이트

Referee Park Kyung-jin was selected as one of the 44 officials. He made his debut as a KBL referee in the 2009-10 season and has since served as an international referee at various stages, including age-group international competitions, Basketball World Cup qualifiers and the Asia Cup.

In the 2022-23 season, he won the Referee of the Fourth Round Award.
