Transfer talks open in Japan… Eventual departure to Al Nasr

Sadio Mane, 31, who has been labeled a ‘free agent’ this summer, is reportedly heading to Saudi Arabia after leaving Bayern Munich. He and Al Nasr, who have sent him a ‘love letter’, are currently in Japan for pre-season at the same time, coincidentally, and reports have emerged that a deal could be on the cards soon.

Reporter Fabrizio Romano, a specialist in the European soccer transfer market, said on social networking services (SNS) on July 25 (KST), “Mane’s agent will be in Japan this week. They will be negotiating more specifically with Al Nasr.”

Mane is a Bayern Munich striker who joined the club during last summer’s transfer window after six years with Liverpool. The world-class forward was highly anticipated upon his arrival, especially as a replacement for Robert Lewandowski, 34, who left for Barcelona.

Despite the pressure, Mane has lived up to the hype as he has adapted to the German Bundesliga with flying colors. In fact, he was deemed a moderately successful signing, scoring 11 goals and providing four assists in 21 games across all competitions since the start of last season 토토사이트.

However, Mane suffered a fractured calf bone in early November last year, sidelining him for an extended period on the operating table. He returned to action in February after a lengthy rehabilitation, but his performance and form dipped as a result of the injury and he struggled to regain his form. To make matters worse, in April he was involved in a controversial on-field altercation with Leroy Sane (27), followed by a slap in the locker room.

Mane never recovered from his controversial assault and lost his place in the team. He was shunned by the Bayern Munich hierarchy, with even coach Thomas Tuchel, 49, cutting him out of his plans for the new season, and was labeled a “free agent” this summer.

Rumors of a return to the English Premier League (EPL) have been swirling around Mane. However, he is already in his 30s, his form has declined, and no clubs have shown any real interest in his high salary. However, with Al-Nasr, who recently became part of the Saudi Arabian sovereign wealth fund (PIF) and are looking to lure star players by offering huge salaries, a move could be on the cards, with talks expected to take place in Japan.

If Mane does move to Alnas this summer, he will join the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, 38, who joined the club earlier this year, as well as Marcelo Brozovic, 30, Seko Fofana, 28, and Alex Telles, 30, who joined the club earlier this month.
